TECHNO ORGANIC VIRUS SUPPRESSION

Cable's immense mutant power are hampered by having to constantly keep the techno organic virus in check. As the strength of the virus wanes, Cable has a 20.0% chance gain 16.5% Power over 10 seconds each time he fills a bar of power.

Abilities

PASSIVE

15.0% chance to Regenerate 17.5 Health for 10 seconds, each time a Power threshold is reached. This ability stops working below 25% Health.

Future Poison durations are reduced by -20.0% each time a poison is triggered on Cable.

Once his Poison Durations are reduced to 0, Cable gains a Passive 50.0% bonus to Special Damage.

When inflicted with a Bleed Debuff, Cable has a 100.0% chance to trigger his Heavy Attack Degeneration on his Opponent.

HEAVY ATTACKS

100.0% Chance to inflict non-robotic Opponents with a non-stacking Degeneration Debuff, dealing up to 400.0 Direct Damage over 15 seconds.

Strength of Degeneration scales inverse of your Opponent’s current Power.

SPECIAL ATTACK 1

This attack is Unblockable if you are currently under the effects of a True Strike Buff.

SPECIAL ATTACK 3

100.0% Chance to gain True Strike for 17 seconds, allowing this Champion to ignore Armor, Resistances, Auto-Block and all Evade effects.

YOUR FATE IS MINE

Start the first fight in a quest with maximum Genetic Code.

Incinerate Debuffs gain +150% Potency. Additionally, Heavy Attacks now inflict Degeneration on each hit and their stack limit is removed.

Every 4 seconds, Kang Gains an indefinite Fury Buff granting 20% Attack Rating. This ends when reaching 20 stacks of Fury.

Degeneration Debuffs gain +50% Potency.

CALL OF THE PAST

When the Opponent gains a Prowess effect, gain a Nano-Armor Up Buff.

+20% Incinerate Debuff potency.

CLOSE ENOUGH

Striking an Opponent or their Block while they are Unstoppable consumes 3 personal Daunted effects and removes the Unstoppable. Cooldown: 20 seconds.

Solo Synergy: Only affects this Champion and does not stack.

RE: THE APOCALYPSE

Synergy Champions: The duration of personal Damaging effects is increased by 2 seconds.
Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies.

NEED A HAND?

While Bastion’s personal Pursuit is active, whenever an Evade fails to activate, inflict 4 Techno-Mechanical Virus Charges and pause Pursuit for 1.2 seconds.

Max stacks of Prowess increased by +5.

Personal Regeneration Buff Ability Accuracy increased by +10% flat. When a personal Regeneration is activated, gain a non-stacking 20% Power Efficiency Passive for 14 seconds.

THE DESTINY INSIDE ME
