By using MCOCHUB you agree to these terms. They exist to keep expectations clear for a free, volunteer-run fan project.

The service

MCOCHUB provides reference data and tools for Marvel Contest of Champions free of charge, "as is" and "as available". Game data changes constantly with game updates; while the community works to keep everything current, we make no guarantee that any value, list or placement is accurate, complete or up to date, and we accept no liability for decisions made based on it.

Intellectual property

MCOCHUB is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kabam or Marvel. Marvel Contest of Champions and all related trademarks, champion names and artwork belong to their respective owners and are referenced here as fan content. The site's own code, layout and data compilation belong to MCOCHUB.

Advertising

MCOCHUB is free to use and is funded by advertising and donations. Ads are served by Google and its advertising partners, not by us: we don't choose, vet or endorse the advertisers, products or sites that appear, and we're not responsible for their content or for any dealings you have with them. What data those ads use is covered in our privacy policy. If you see an ad that is broken, deceptive or inappropriate, please report it on the support page so we can block it.

Ad-free membership

Supporters who hold an active Buy Me a Coffee membership can browse MCOCHUB without ads by signing in with the e-mail they use on Buy Me a Coffee. This is a thank-you perk, not a product you buy from us:

  • All payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are made with Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms. We do not take payments, we cannot issue refunds, and we are not a party to your agreement with Buy Me a Coffee.
  • The perk is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, limit, suspend or end it at any time, for everyone or for a specific account, without notice and without any refund or compensation.
  • Ad-free applies to one device at a time and only while the membership is active on Buy Me a Coffee. It stops automatically when the membership ends, pauses or is refunded, and it depends on your browser keeping the sign-in cookie.
  • We are not responsible for sign-in e-mails that are delayed, filtered as spam or not delivered, for a membership not being recognised because of data we did not receive from Buy Me a Coffee, for ads that still appear for technical reasons, or for any other failure of the perk. Our only obligation is to make reasonable efforts to fix reported problems.
  • One-time donations and coffees are gifts and do not unlock the ad-free view or any other service.

Acceptable use

  • Don't attempt to disrupt the site, other users, or the chat bots.
  • Don't hammer the site or its API with automated bulk requests.
  • Content you submit (support reports, suggestions) must be your own and appropriate.

No warranty, no liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCOCHUB, its operator and contributors are not responsible or liable for anything arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, its data, tools, API, chat bots, e-mails, the ad-free perk, any advertisement or any linked or third-party service, including any loss, damage, cost, lost progress, lost money or lost time, however caused. The site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
