Green Goblin has a 10.0% chance to gain Madness whenever opponents attack him. +90.0% chance if Green Goblin performs a well-timed Block. Madness charges last 10 seconds.
While Green Goblin has more Madness than Cunning, or the two are equal, he passively Regenerates up to 60.0% of damage taken from Basic Attacks and opponents deal -30.0% less damage on Special Attacks.
CUNNING
When Green Goblin gains a full bar of Power, he gains Cunning. Cunning charges last 20 seconds.
While Green Goblin has more Cunning than Madness, or the two are equal, the opponent generates 40.0% less Power and Green Goblin gains +30.0% Attack on Special Attacks.
BAG OF TRICKS - SPECIAL & HEAVY ATTACKS
Power Drain - drains 8.0% of the opponent’s max Power.
Poison - deals 125.0 direct damage over 12 seconds.
Incinerate - deals 110.0 Energy Damage over 4 seconds. This also removes Perfect Block Chance and reduces Block Proficiency by 50%.
Weakness - reduces the opponent’s Attack by 45.0% for 12 seconds.

Gain +1 Bloodlust the first time Red Goblin wins a Fight in a Quest.
When Genetic Mutation ends, generate 1 additional Permanent Buff. After reaching max Permanent Buffs, future Symbiotic Creation Buffs last 10 seconds.
Launching Special Attacks sets Madness and Cunning stacks to be even. While both stacks are even, increase Ability Accuracy by 25%.

THE HIGH GROUND
Heavy Charging increases Ability Power Rate by an additional 150%, reduced by 50% for each Persistent Power Cosmic Air-Walker has.

Whenever a Bag of Tricks effect fails due to chance, gain a Tricky Passive, increasing the Ability Accuracy of Bag of Tricks effects by 5% flat for 18 seconds. Max: 5. Tricky Passives have no effect on Super Bombs.
When the Opponent’s Miss or Auto-block fails due to a reason other than chance while True Sense is active, gain a +30% Fury Buff for 10 seconds. Max: 2.

Special 2 produces an extra Carnage Bomb per Carnage Bomb hit.
