Always Active
When Frank activates a Special Attack, he gains an Undying Passive for 4.974874372 seconds. If this Undying prevents him from being Knocked Out, he gains his personal Rage Debuff for 2000.0 seconds.
Frank gains +4.9 Critical Rating for each non-Damaging Debuff he is suffering from, up to 10.
While the Opponent is Incinerated, Frank gains +14.8 Energy Penetration, doubled while fighting Science Champions.
Abilities
DOCTOR MORBIN-STEIN'S MONSTER - ALWAYS ACTIVE
The reanimation process grants Immunity to Poison, Petrify, and Spectre effects. This also sets Frank’s Regeneration Rate to 65.0%, and prevents it from being reduced any further.
Being too angry to die grants Frank rank 100.0 of the Willpower Mastery.
When struck by a Basic Attack while Unstoppable, or when Shocked, Frank gains a non-stacking Rage Debuff for -1 seconds. With Rage, Frank’s Basic Attack hits Passively convert a flat 10.0% more Adrenaline to Health.
When Frank is inflicted with or Immune to a non-Damaging Debuff other than Rage, his Combo Meter gains 200.0 hits.
When Frank’s Combo Meter crosses a multiple of 15, he gains a +35.0 Berserk Passive for 20 seconds, paused during his Special Attacks. Max stacks: 15.
UNSTOPPABLE MACHINE - WHILE RUNNING
Frank does not idle after Dodging back, and gains an Unstoppable Passive for 0.7 seconds when he starts to run. This will not re-trigger while active, and is paused while running, charging Heavy Attacks, or attacking.
Frank’s Unstoppable also grants him +30.0% Combat Adrenaline, and it prevents incoming Basic Attacks from resetting his Combo Meter. As an Attacker, it also grants him Stun Immunity.
As an Attacker, Frank also gains his Unstoppable when he is struck by a Basic Attack immediately after Dodging back. He also gains it, plus the ability to run immediately, after Blocking the final hit of the Opponent’s Special Attacks.
This Unstoppable is immediately removed at the end of Frank’s Heavy or Special Attacks, and when the Opponent activates a Special Attack.
CRUSHING BLOWS - DURING FRANK'S UNSTOPPABLE
On hit or on Block as an Attacker, Frank’s second Basic Attack inflicts an indefinite Crush Passive until his Unstoppable expires.
When Frank’s Crush ends after being used to Break a Block, it goes on cooldown for 20 seconds, or until he gains 100.0 of his Berserk Passives.
EXTERNAL COMBUSTION - HEAVY ATTACK
On hit, Frank’s Heavy Attack inflicts an Incinerate Debuff that deals 70.0 Energy Damage over 20 seconds, paused during his Special Attacks. Max stacks: -1.
On hit or Block, Frank’s Heavy Attack also adds 400.0 hits to his Combo Meter.
SPECIAL ATTACK 1
The first hit grants Frank a personal Berserk Passive.
On the final -1 hits, Frank deals a burst of 50.0 Energy Damage with its base potency increased by +12.5% flat for each of his Incinerates on the Opponent.
SPECIAL ATTACK 2
The first -1 hits each grant Frank a personal Berserk Passive.
The final hit refreshes all of Frank’s Incinerates, and then inflicts -1 Incinerate Debuffs that each deal 70.0 Energy Damage over 30 seconds, paused during his Special Attacks. Max stacks: -1.
SPECIAL ATTACK 3
Frank gains 15.0% of missing Health as Adrenaline, and Passively Stuns the Opponent for -1 seconds.
For the next 10 seconds, Frank’s Light and Medium Attacks inflict 100.0 of the Incinerates from his Special Attack 2.
Synergies
BLOODGEM CORRUPTION
While not Unstoppable, Frank gains +115 Critical Damage Rating for each of his Berserk Passives.
During Elsa’s Heavy or Special Attacks while not Reloading Hellfire Rounds, double tapping Block swaps their effects between Incinerates and Coldsnaps.
Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies.
A GOOD LIE
Heavy Attack inflicts a non-stacking Incinerate Debuff dealing 120% of Attack as Energy Damage over 15 seconds.
When Franken-Castle drops to 1% Health, he gains an Indestructible Passive and deals Guaranteed Critical Hits for 5 seconds.
