Abilities
MASTER OF THE MYSTIC ARTS
Earth’s Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Stephen Strange has 0% Combat Power Rate, but he generates 3.5% of his Max Power per second.
As an Attacker, Doctor Strange Passively gains 12% of his Max Power each time a Buff on the Opponent is Nullified or expires naturally. This replaces the Mystic Dispersion Mastery.
ARCANE ARSENAL - ALWAYS ACTIVE
Channeling defensive wards, Doctor Strange Passively Regenerates 60.0% of the damage taken from Blocked hits, or 80% from a Well-Timed Block.
Slinging offensive cantrips, all of Doctor Strange’s attacks deal Energy Damage and bursts of 50.0 Energy Damage.
Prepared with counterspells, after the Opponent gains a Buff, Doctor Strange has a 60.0% chance to Nullify their most recent Buff.
ARCANE FONTS - MAX: 100
When any Buff on the Opponent is Nullified, Doctor Strange gains an Arcane Font, each increasing the potency of his personal bursts of Energy Damage by 3.0%.
While charging or performing a Heavy Attack, double tap Block to consume 1 Bar of Power to gain 300.0 Arcane Fonts, once per Heavy.
VISHANTI BLESSINGS
Doctor Stephen Strange invokes three Vishanti Blessings to aid him in battle, each lasting 20 seconds and cycling in sequential order. Blessings are paused while Doctor Strange is performing a Heavy or Special Attack.
Oshtur’s Refuge grants 40.0% increased Regeneration potency. During the Opponent’s Special Attacks, this bonus is doubled and this Blessing is paused.
Agamotto’s Insight grants +35.0 Attack Rating. During Doctor Strange’s Special Attack 1, this bonus is doubled.
Hoggoth’s Wisdom grants 100.0% increased Ability Accuracy. During Doctor Strange’s Special Attack 2, he gains an additional Arcane Font when an Opponent’s Buff is Nullified.
TIME WEAVING - HEAVY ATTACK
Charging a Heavy Attack after landing any non-Combo-Ending Attack inflicts a Stun Passive for 0.3 seconds.
While charging a Heavy Attack, personal effects on the Opponent are paused. Doctor Strange’s Heavy Attack can be charged for an extended duration.
After charging for 0.5 seconds, Doctor Strange increases the expiry rate of his Vishanti Blessings by 1200% for as long as he charges his Heavy Attack.
SORCERER SUPREME'S SPELLS - HEAVY AND SPECIAL ATTACKS
The final hit of Doctor Strange’s Heavy Attack, and the final 3 hits of his Special Attacks 1 and 2 trigger effects based on the current Vishanti Blessing.
Under Oshtur’s Refuge, inflict a 30% Wither Passive for 30 seconds. Max stacks: -1.
With Agamotto’s Insight, deal an additional burst of 50.0 Energy Damage.
Through Hoggoth’s Wisdom, grant the Opponent a Placebo Buff for 10 seconds.
SPECIAL ATTACK 1
On the first hit, the Winds of Watoomb inflict a Coldsnap Debuff dealing 90.0 Energy Damage over 2.5 seconds.
On the next 3 hits, the Flames of the Faltine inflict Incinerate Debuffs each dealing 30.0 Energy Damage over 0.5 seconds.
SPECIAL ATTACK 2
The first 3 hits lash with an Eldritch Whip, each granting the Opponent a Placebo Buff for 10 seconds.
After landing the final hit, 3 Buffs on the Opponent each have a 50.0% chance to be Nullified.
SPECIAL ATTACK 3
Refresh the current Vishanti Blessing and inflict a Fate Seal Passive for 15 seconds.
While this Fate Seal is active, when the Opponent is prevented from gaining a Buff due to Fate Seal or Immunity, Doctor Strange gains an Arcane Font.

The final hit of Special Attack 2 has a 50% chance to inflict a Stun Debuff for 2 seconds.
The final 3 hits of Special Attack 2 inflict either Poison, Incinerate, or Bleed Debuffs based on the current Vishanti Blessing, each dealing 60% of Attack over 8 seconds.

Gain Passive Prowess whenever a Blessing activates, increasing Special Attack damage by 15%. These last until the end of the Synergy Member's next Special Attack, and are capped at 3.

Begin the fight with 1 bar of Power.

Whenever an Opponent heals, gain a 2% Regen Passive for 2 seconds. This goes on Cooldown for 5 seconds. Once this has been triggered 4 times, Inflict Heal Block Passive for 12 seconds.
