ENHANCED ORGANIC CIRCUITRY
The damage of the Instant Disintegration inflicted by Special Attack 2 is increased by 5.0%.
While Organic Circuitry is active, the Opponent’s Stun Ability Accuracy is reduced by 5.0%. This effect is disabled while the Opponent has an active Undermine effect.
After gaining Organic Circuitry, the first time Ruby hits the Opponent’s Block, Organic Circuitry pauses for 5 seconds.
Abilities
ALWAYS ACTIVE
Ruby Thursday is Immune to Delirium.
The Opponent’s True Strike, True Accuracy, and True Sense effects have their Ability Accuracy reduced by -100.0%. For each Daunted on Ruby, the Opponent’s Neuroshock Ability Accuracy is reduced by a flat 50%, to a max of 150.0%.
When Ruby would land a Critical Hit, she instead inflicts an Instant Rupture dealing the Critical Damage the hit would have dealt.
Every third hit Ruby lands does not increase her Combo Meter.
WHEN BLOCKING AN ATTACK
When Ruby takes damage from Blocking an Opponent with an active Pierce effect, she inflicts a 10.0% Disintegration Debuff, dealing 50.0 Direct Damage over 10 seconds.
If Ruby’s Block is broken by an Unblockable attack, inflict this Disintegration with its damage increased by 200.0%. Undermine Block breaks do not trigger this effect.
If Ruby’s Block is broken by an Unblockable Basic Attack, she activates a Combo Interruption Passive, knocking herself down.
WHEN ATTACKED
When struck by a Light 1, Medium 1, or a Heavy Attack, inflict a -20.0% Suppression Passive for 6 seconds. Max stacks: -1. This effect has a 0.7 second cooldown, and does not trigger when Ruby is Intercepted or if the Opponent has an Undermine effect.
AUTO-BLOCK
On the final hit of her Special Attacks, Ruby gains an Auto-Block Passive for 6 seconds or until triggered. When Auto-Blocking a Basic Attack, Ruby Counter-Attacks with a Laser Beam.
As a Defender, when Ruby takes damage an 8 second timer starts. If she takes damage equal to 2000.0% of her Max Health within this time period, she gains her Auto-Block Passive. This timer will not re-trigger while active.
SPECIAL ATTACK 1
On activation, gain an Organic Circuitry Passive for 12 seconds, paused during Strikers and Special Attacks.
While Organic Circuitry is active, hitting the Opponent or a non-Well-Timed Block inflicts an Instant 0% Disintegration, dealing Direct Damage scaling with Ruby’s Armor and Attack Rating. As a Defender, it scales with Base Attack.
At the end of this Special Attack, inflict a Special 2 Lock Passive for 15 seconds. While this effect is active, the Opponent is more likely to activate Special Attack 1.
SPECIAL ATTACK 2
This Special Attack can only be activated while Organic Circuitry is active, and is Passively Unblockable. This Unblockable’s Ability Accuracy cannot be reduced by Mutants.
As an Attacker, each hit inflicts a 5.0% Disintegration Debuff dealing 20.0 Direct Damage over 3 seconds. Max stacks: -1.
The final hit removes Organic Circuitry and inflicts an Instant 0% Disintegration, dealing 60.0 Direct Damage per second Organic Circuitry has been active, to a max of 30 seconds. As a Defender, this damage is reduced by 66.7% and scales with Base Attack.
SPECIAL ATTACK 3
Inflict a 25.0% Disintegration Debuff dealing 900.0 Direct Damage over 20 seconds.
Gain a 25.0% Energize Passive for 20 seconds.

Max stacks: 2.\When a personal Power Sting deals damage or expires naturally, it has a 25% chance to re-inflict itself.When gaining a Bar of Power, Purify 1 non-Damaging Debuff. If Bullseye’s Signature Ability prevents damage when activating a Special Attack, gain a non-stacking +4000 Fury Passive for 10 seconds.
