Combat tests Blackagar Boltagon's restraint. Each time he is struck by a Critical Hit, he has a chance to gain a permanent Cruelty or Fury Buff. Each time he strikes with his own Critical Hit, he has a chance to gain a Fury or Cruelty Buff for 6.5 seconds.

Fury Buffs increase Attack by 7.0.

Cruelty Buffs increase Critical Damage Rating by 7.0
