INTUITIVE PATTERN RECOGNITION
Passive
Increase Concussion Debuff Durations by 100.0 second(s).
Each time Taskmaster successfully triggers Exploit Weakness it places a Concussion Debuff on his Opponent reducing their Ability Accuracy by -5.0% for 6 seconds and resetting the Duration of any currently active Concussions caused by this ability.
If Taskmaster places 5.0 Concussions on his Opponent simultaneously, they convert into a Passive effect which reduces Ability Accuracy by -25.0% for 15 seconds, counts as 5.0 Debuffs for Taskmaster's other Abilities, and removes the Exploit Weakness cooldown timer. While this effect is active, Taskmaster will not trigger additional Concussion Debuffs.
Abilities
PHOTOGRAPHIC REFLEXES - PASSIVE
Each Unique Attack your Opponent attempts decreases their Offensive Ability Accuracy by -10.0%, while increasing your Perfect Block Chance by the same amount.
Each Unique Attack you make decreases your Opponent’s Defensive Ability Accuracy by -10.0%
Being Struck by a Special Attack resets both of these abilities’ effects.
EXPLOIT WEAKNESS - PASSIVE
Taskmaster spots a weakness in the last Attack his Opponent attempted, which can be exploited by striking his Opponent with that same attack within 10 seconds.
Successfully exploiting a weakness instantly deals 80.0 Direct Damage.
An Attack that will trigger Exploit Weakness will not trigger Passive Evades or Auto-Block.
After Exploit Weakness is triggered or expires it goes on cooldown for 5 seconds.
LEARN THE FOE - PASSIVE
Each time a Debuff is placed on Taskmaster, all future Debuffs placed on him have their Potency reduced by 10.0%
If the Debuff Potency reduction reaches 100%, Taskmaster becomes Immune to Debuffs.
HEAVY ATTACKS
If Taskmaster has triggered Exploit Weakness in the last 100.0 second(s), or his current Exploit Weakness target is Heavy Attack, he avoids any incoming attacks for the first 1 second(s) of charging this Attack.
SPECIAL ATTACK 1
Causes Bleed lasting 5 seconds and dealing 15.0 Damage, per Debuff triggered on the Opponent this fight. Max Damage after 10.0 Debuffs.
SPECIAL ATTACK 2
Causes Armor Break lasting 10 seconds and reducing Armor by 15.0 per Buff triggered on the Opponent this fight. Max Damage after 10.0 Buffs.
SPECIAL ATTACK 3
If there is an active Exploit Weakness target it is automatically triggered, and it deals +80.0 additional Direct Damage.
Causes Bleed lasting 5 seconds and dealing 15.0 Damage, per Debuff triggered on the Opponent this fight. Max Damage after 10.0 Debuffs.

This attack gains +35.0 Attack for each Debuff active on either Taskmaster or his Opponent.

Each Successful Release triggered since the last time the Special 3 was activated increases duration of Bleeds by an additional 20%.
If Taskmaster’s Current Exploit Weakness target attack is a Special Attack, all his Special Attacks become Unblockable.

REMEMBER ME
Each time Black Widow strikes with Widow’s Insight active she gains 2% of a Bar of Power.
Each time he Exploits a Weakness, Taskmaster has a 30% chance to Inflict a Sabotage Debuff, reducing Defensive Ability Accuracy by 20% for 10 seconds and dealing 10% of Attack as direct Damage when Abilities fail to trigger.

While in a fight, Captain America counts as #Hydra and a #Villain instead of a #Hero.
#Hydra Champions: Start each fight with an indefinite Lying In Hate Passive, increasing Attack Rating by +10%. When struck by a Special Attack 1 or 2, Lying in Hate is consumed to grant an Indestructible Passive for the remainder of the Special Attack.
