When Doctor Bong would be struck by a Combo-Ending Attack, he executes a Reversal. Cooldown: 15 seconds.
Doctor Bong’s Heavy Proficiency Buff gains 9.6% increased potency.
Abilities
ALWAYS ACTIVE
The incomparable Doctor Bong is Immune to Nullify and Power Sting.
As a genius, Doctor Bong fights using his head. Charging a Heavy Attack grants him an Unblockable Buff until the end of his Heavy or Special Attack.
PURIFY
For each Debuff on him, Doctor Bong has a 20% chance to Purify incoming Debuffs, increased to 50% against non-Damaging Debuffs. Doctor Bong can’t Purify Stun Debuffs.
When Doctor Bong Purifies a Debuff, he gains +5 Combo.
GUARANTEED CRITICAL HITS
After Doctor Bong’s Combo Meter reaches a multiple of 5, he gains an indefinite Guaranteed Critical Passive.
When Doctor Bong Critically Hits with a Basic Attack, he loses 1 personal Guaranteed Critical Passive.
SPECIAL ATTACKS
Activating a Special Attack grants Doctor Bong a +180.0 Heavy Proficiency Buff for 30 seconds. This will not re-trigger while active and expires 90% slower during the Opponent’s Special Attacks, but expires 10% faster for each active personal Reverb.
Doctor Bong bongs his bell 3 times in each Special Attack. Each bong grants him an indefinite 8.3% Reverb Buff per level of the Special.
Gaining these Reverbs restores 5 seconds to Doctor Bong’s Heavy Proficiency's duration. Critical Hits restore 3 seconds. When the Heavy Proficiency ends, all personal Reverbs are removed.
SPECIAL ATTACK 1
On activation, inflict a Panic Debuff for 20 seconds. Critical Hits restore 5 seconds to this duration.
While at 9 or more Reverbs, the final hit inflicts a Stun Debuff for a fixed 1.8 seconds.
SPECIAL ATTACK 2
Each of the 5 hits grant Doctor Bong +5 additional Combo Meter.
While at 9 or more Reverbs, the final hit inflicts a Stun Debuff for a fixed 4 seconds.
SPECIAL ATTACK 3
Gain an indefinite Bong Buff, increasing the base duration of Doctor Bong’s Heavy Proficiency Buff by +10 seconds. Max stacks: 3. Any Bong Buffs gained while already at max stacks grants 3 personal Reverb Buffs.
Inflict a Stun Debuff for a fixed 4 seconds.

Start with +1 Bong Buff, and Reverbs gain 25% increased potency.
Howard’s Button Masher Extraordinaire ability becomes Bongtton Masher Extraordinaire. It’s the exact same ability except the Auto-Masher is always enabled, and it doesn’t prevent pressing Block manually.

WHY THE BONG FACE?
Start with +1 Bong Buff, and Reverbs gain 25% increased potency.
Bill’s Unstoppable Buff becomes an Unstoppabong Buff. It’s the exact same Buff except if Beta Ray Bill is struck while it’s active he gains a personal Fury Buff.
Unique Synergy: Does not stack with duplicate synergies.
EVERY TIME A BONG RINGS, AN ANGEL GETS ITS WINGS
Start with +1 Bong Buff, and Reverbs gain 25% increased potency.
Armor Break Debuffs become Armor Bong Debuffs. They’re the exact same Debuffs except they’re paused by Angela’s Special Attacks until the Opponent is struck by a Basic Attack.
