Silver Samurai can generate tachyon charges within his own body, making all his attacks deal Energy Damage and granting him 100% Resistance to Bleed effects.
Silver Samurai always believes in a fair fight, granting his Opponent a Combo Shield Passive while their Combo Meter is at or below 1.
While the Opponent's Combo Meter is below 80, Silver Samurai's second Medium Attack grants them 10 Combo Meter.
If striking a non-Stunned Opponent, the first hit of Silver Samurai's Heavy Attack grants them 10 Combo Meter.
If Silver Samurai’s Heavy Attack is cancelled into a Special Attack, grant the Opponent 10 Combo Meter.

When this Unblockable expires, remove 50% of Silver Samurai's personal Daunteds. Against Tech Champions, remove 66% instead.
