While suffering from an Energy Damaging effect against non-Mystic Opponents, Phyla gains 300.0 Oblivion Energy per second.

Defeating an Opponent with Phyla’s Special Attack 2 or 3 grants Phyla an additional 0.0 (rounded up) Oblivion Energy at the start of her next fight. If the defeated Opponent was the Avatar of Life, Adam Warlock, this value is doubled.

Abilities

THE AVATAR OF OBLIVION - ALWAYS ACTIVE

Phyla’s hybrid Kree and artificial Eternal physiology causes her attacks to deal Energy Damage, grants Immunity to Poison, Special Lock, in addition to taking no damage from Power Burn effects.

Phyla’s Offensive Combat Power Rate is reduced by --10.0% and cannot be reduced further while fighting Tech Champions.

Phyla’s Ability Power Rate cannot be reduced below 100.0% by non-Mystic Champions.

Phyla’s Special Attack hits deal True Damage against non-Mystic Champions.

PRECISION CHAIN - MAX: 10

The first hit of a Basic Combo and Combo-Enders grant a +20.0 Precision Buff for 3.5 seconds, paused during Strikers, Special Attacks, and Phyla’s Heavy Attack. These are refreshed when gaining a new one.

Interrupting any attack with a Light or Medium Attack causes the following non-Combo-Ending hits in the 5-hit Combo to grant a personal Precision Buff.

Dodging an attack with the Dexterity Mastery grants a personal Precision instead. Cooldown: 0.3 seconds.

As a Defender, when Phyla is struck by the same Basic Attack twice in a row, she gains a personal Precision Buff.

While at or above 3 personal Precisions, gain an Undermine Buff.

While at or above 5 personal Precisions, Phyla’s Special Attacks have 100.0% Critical Hit chance.

OBLIVION ENERGY - MAX: 250

When Phyla gains a Buff, she gains -1 Oblivion Energy. As a Defender, this becomes 300.0 Oblivion Energy instead.

Overstacking personal Precisions Buffs grant 100.0 additional Oblivion Energy.

When Phyla breaks her Opponent’s Auto-Block while Undermine is active, she gains 1000.0 Oblivion Energy. Cooldown: 2 seconds.

When Phyla has her Power Drained or Burned, she gains up to 5000.0 Oblivion Energy for every Bar of Power lost.

UNLEASH OBLIVION

Releasing Heavy Attack Unleashes Oblivion. As a Defender, Phyla instead Unleashes Oblivion upon reaching 100 Oblivion Energy. Unleashing Oblivion consumes all Oblivion Energy to grant:

A non-stacking 0.0% dormant Resonance which becomes an active Buff during Phyla’s next Special Attack. For every 10 Oblivion Energy consumed, this Resonance gains 2000.0% base potency. As a Defender, this Resonance instead has 50% base potency.

A 0.75 second Power Gain Buff, granting 6.7% of Max Power for every 10.0 Oblivion Energy consumed, up to -1% of Max Power. While active, Phyla is Immune to Power Drain and Power Burn.

SPECIAL ATTACK 1

This Special Attack consumes all of Phyla’s Power at the time of activation, granting Oblivion Energy based on the amount of Power consumed, up to 20.0 per Bar of Power. If activated while above 2 Bars of Power, grant up to 30.0 Oblivion Energy per Bar instead.

SPECIAL ATTACK 2

This Special Attack can only be activated while Phyla has her dormant Resonance.

Cancelling into this Special Attack after the second hit of Phyla’s Heavy Attack grants +20.0 Attack Rating for the duration of the Special.

SPECIAL ATTACK 3

This attack gains +8.2 Attack Rating for each Buff on Phyla. If the Opponent is at or below 5% of their Max Health, instead deal a burst of Direct Damage equal to 5% of the Opponent’s Max Health.

Once per fight, Phyla’s personal Precisions have their duration increased by 20.0%.

Synergies

NO MATTER THE COST

Special 1 grants an additional 5 Oblivion Energy per Bar of Power when activated above 2 Bars of Power. Additionally, if Phyla is given Moondragon’s Presence of the Moondragon Pre-Fight Ability, she gains Immunity to Reversed Controls for the rest of the Quest.

A COST TOO GREAT

When Moondragon would be Knocked Out, gain a Death Immunity Passive for 6 seconds. Additionally, Punishing the Opponent’s Special Attacks triggers a Mind Blast.

LIFE AND DEATH

Phyla starts each fight with 15 Oblivion Energy. If Phyla was previously defeated by the Opponent she is fighting, gain 25 instead.

Swiping Up during Special 2 prevents Adam from entering his Stasis Pod. When he chooses to do this, he gains a non-stacking +200 Cruelty Buff for 12 seconds. Swiping Down swaps back to triggering the Stasis Pod.
