Whenever a Bleed Debuff on the Opponent expires, there is a 25.0% chance to inflict a 28.9 Bleed Passive for 2 seconds. These Bleeds scale with Base Attack only.
While Punisher’s Precision is active, the chance of this effect is increased by a flat +100.0%.
Abilities
ALWAYS ACTIVE
Punisher doesn’t have time to bleed. He has -40.0% Bleed Resistance and is Immune to Wither.
For every 20% Health either Champion is missing, Punisher gains an indefinite -20.0% Endurance Passive. Max stacks: -1.
When Punisher is cornered, Punishes a Special Attack, or Intercepts an Opponent, he gains a Grit Passive for 2 seconds. This Grit will not trigger against Mutants, and is paused while cornered and when an Opponent or their Block is hit.
Punisher’s Light Attacks can Critically Hit through Block.
MAKE THEM BLEED
Punisher’s Critical Hits inflict a 33.0 Bleed Debuff for 8 seconds. As a Defender, this effect scales with Base Attack only.
Against Science Champions, the Ability Accuracy of Punisher’s personal Bleed effects cannot be reduced.
When the Opponent is inflicted with 8 or more Bleed effects at once, inflict a 50.0% Bleed Vulnerability Passive for 15 seconds and remove and re-inflict all of Punisher’s personal Bleed Debuffs on them. This will not trigger while already active.
PAIN TOLERANCE
Each time a Champion or their Block is hit by a first or third Light Attack, Punisher gains an indefinite +7.0 Physical Resistance Passive. Max stacks: -1.
Striking Punisher with a second Medium Attack removes 100.0 stack of Physical Resistance. Mutants remove 1 extra stack.
As an Attacker, when Punisher would gain a personal Physical Resistance, he has a 3.0% chance per Physical Resistance to gain a non-stacking +50.0 Fury Passive for 4 seconds, paused during Punisher’s Special Attacks.
INDESTRUCTIBLE PUNISHER
Every 33% Max Health lost, the stubborn Punisher gains an Indestructible Passive for 4 seconds, unaffected by Ability Accuracy. The first two Health thresholds can only be triggered once per Quest.
Punisher’s Indestructible will not trigger and is removed if he is Marked.
If this Indestructible triggers during a Mutant’s Special Attack, the Indestructible is delayed until a second after their Special Attack ends, unless they are a #Villain. A delayed Indestructible lasts for 1 second instead of 4.
As a Defender, his personal Indestructible is paused unless either Champion or their Block is hit. The effect is not paused if a Mutant has a Regeneration effect.
While Indestructible, Punisher's attacks become Guaranteed Critical Hits and he can land Critical Hits through Block.
FIGHT WITH IMPACT
The first hit of a Special Attack grants Punisher a +5.0 Impact Passive for every Physical Resistance he has active. These last for 20 seconds, increased to 40 seconds against #Villains. Max stacks: -1.
When starting a fight against a #Villain, Punisher gains one of these Impact Passives.
Punisher’s Heavy Attack refreshes all personal Impact Passives.
SPECIAL ATTACKS
If Punisher has an Impact or Indestructible effect active, Punisher’s gun shots into Block are Guaranteed Critical Hits.
SPECIAL ATTACK 1
The first hit inflicts a non-stacking -50.0% Injury Passive for 20 seconds.
If activated while Punisher's Unstoppable is active, pause it until the end of this attack, Punisher’s gun shots deal Guaranteed Critical Hits, and the final shot gains additional bonuses that can trigger through Block:
Grant Punisher a +30.0 Precision Passive for 10 seconds.
Increase the tick rate of all Bleed Debuffs on the Opponent by 300.0% for the duration of the Precision.
SPECIAL ATTACK 2
While below 1 Bar of Power, each hit into Block grants 15% of a Bar of Power.
On activation as an Attacker, Purify all Petrify Debuffs.
As an Attacker, if the final hit lands into the Opponent’s Block, Punisher gains an Unstoppable Passive for 1.75 seconds and the Opponent is more likely to cower behind their block.
SPECIAL ATTACK 3
+40.0 Attack Rating for each personal Endurance.
+250.0 Attack Rating if Punisher is Indestructible.

CRIME AND PUNISHMENT
Whenever a Champion knocks her out, Black Cat places an indefinite Cross-Fight Vengeance Passive on them. Against an Opponent with a Vengeance effect, Black Cat starts the fight with an indefinite Fury Passive, increasing her attack by 30%.
Each Judgment on the Opponent grants Ghost Rider +5% Combat Power Rate.
Each stack of Hatred grants +45 Critical Damage Rating.
While below 20% Health, Punisher’s chance to gain Fury Buffs is increased by a flat 20%.
