Personal effects on the Opponent are paused during Nico’s Special Attacks.
When Nico causes an attack to Miss, she Passively gains 0.3 Adrenaline. Cooldown: 0.5 seconds.
Abilities
BLOOD MAGE - ALWAYS ACTIVE
As a Defender, Nico stores 40.0% of all damage taken as Adrenaline, and while she has more than 5.0% Adrenaline stored, she gains an indefinite 15% Flourish Passive.
Each time Nico gains a total of 5% of her Max Adrenaline, gain a +20.0 Fury Passive for 15 seconds. Max stacks: -1.
When Nico activates any Special Attack, she Passively Converts up to 4.0 Adrenaline to Health per level of the Special Attack.
Nico starts each fight with 100.0% of the Adrenaline she finished her previous fight in the same Quest with. Personal Furies gained at this time gain 200.0% increased duration.
HEX GIRL - BUFF HUNTER
Nico’s Heavy charge and third Light Attack place an indefinite Pentacle Buff on the Opponent.
When the Opponent gains a Buff, Nico Passively gains -1% of her Max Power. When one or more Buffs are prevented or removed by Immunity, she gains 3.0%.
Nico does not benefit from the Mystic Dispersion Mastery. Instead, each rank increases the base potency of personal Power Gains by -1%.
Passively gain 1.0% of missing Health as Adrenaline when a Buff on the Opponent is prevented or removed by Immunity. Cooldown: 1 second.
Nico can inflict a Buff Immunity Debuff for 11 seconds, refreshed when Nico casts any Special Attack. As a Defender, this is a Passive instead.
STAFF OF ONE - PRE-FIGHT ABILITY
Nico is magically bound to the Staff of One, a powerful artifact that can cast potent spells. Each lasts until the Opponent is defeated and cannot be cast again within the same quest.
As a Defender, Nico always casts [b]Unworthy[/b].
SPELLS OF THE ONE - ONCE PER QUEST
[b]Unworthy[/b] - Nico inflicts her personal Buff Immunity at the start of the fight.
[b]Absorb[/b] - Nico gains a 55.0% Stimulate Passive while Blocking.
[b]Ward[/b] - Nico gains Immunity to Poison and Rupture effects.
[b]Burn[/b] - Nico’s Poison effects are replaced by Incinerates, but deal 3000.0% reduced damage.
HEAVY ATTACKS
As an Attacker, the first hit consumes 7.0% of Nico's current Health and stores it as Adrenaline.
On the final hit, or when canceling this attack with a Special 1 or 2, gain a Zeal Passive for 6 seconds.
SPECIAL ATTACK 1
On activation, inflict a Halt Passive for 13 seconds, refreshed when Nico casts any Special Attack. Does not apply if active.
The final hit deals a burst of 150.0 Energy Damage, increased by 20.0% for each Damaging effect on the Opponent, up to -1. This can trigger through Block. As a Defender, the total potency is reduced by 50%.
After the final hit, Nico gains an Invisibility Passive for 4 seconds. If this causes an attack to Miss, it goes on cooldown for 1000.0 seconds.
SPECIAL ATTACK 2
Each hit inflicts a 300.0 Poison Debuff for 30 seconds, paused during the Opponent’s Special Attacks.
If a Cosmic Opponent is Immune to any of Nico’s Poisons, she inflicts a matching Acid Burn instead.
SPECIAL ATTACK 3
This attack gains +40.0 Attack for each Damaging effect on the Opponent.
The first time this attack is used each fight, Nico increases the duration of personal effects by 50.0% for the rest of the fight.
Synergies
LOVE TO THE MOON AND BACK
When a personal Incinerate fails due to Immunity against Tech Champions, inflict a Plasma Passive instead, copying personal Incinerate behavior. Additionally, personal Incinerates and Plasmas have their potency increased by 15%.
